We want you to love your Footnity purchase. If your shoes don’t fit or meet expectations, you can request an exchange or return within 30 days of delivery.


1. Eligible Returns & Exchanges

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • A proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

  • Final sale / clearance items are not eligible for return or refund

  • Products showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer cannot be accepted


2. Free Size Exchange (No Extra Shipping Fees)

If the size doesn’t fit – don’t worry.

  • One free size exchange per order is offered within 30 days

  • We cover the new shipping to you, you do not pay any extra fees

  • We only ask you to send us:

    • Your order number

    • The size you received and the size you want instead

  • Email: info@footnity.com


3. Refunds

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • We will provide the return address of our fulfillment center in Asia (China)

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Once the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method

Important:

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments

  • Refunds can only be issued after the returned item arrives at our warehouse and is approved


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong product or a damaged item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos

  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund

  • In this case, we cover all return or replacement shipping costs


5. How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at info@footnity.com with:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return or required exchange

  2. You will receive instructions and, if applicable, the return address

  3. Once your return is received & inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval and refund status


6. Additional Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above

  • We recommend using trackable shipping for returns to avoid any delivery issues

  • Processing time after receiving your item is typically 3–7 business days
