5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date of delivery.

If your shoes donβt fit, you may request one free size exchange per order within 30 days.

We cover the shipping of the new pair to you.

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, you must:

Return the item to our fulfillment center in Asia (China).

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
