4. Tracking & Shipment Updates

  • Delivery delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs inspections, strikes, or other events outside our control.

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received at the shipping address (lost or stolen after delivery).

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to re-ship the order.
